Through Outsource-IT Management services are provided in the field of the Maritime ICT environment, including satellite communications. The services could entail Business Consultancy, (IT) Project Management and/or Service Management.

Outsource-IT Management compromises the experience and techniques of IT Management practices such as ITIL and PRINCE2, combined with working experience in a maritime environment.

Prior to my entrepreneurship as independant consultant, I used to work for the Fleet Management Division of P&O Nedlloyd, later named into Blue Star Ship Management. After the take-over by AP Moller Maersk the company is now renamed into Maersk Ship Management.

In this period I managed the roll-out of 28 Thrane & Thrane F-77's. P&O Nedlloyd was the launch customer for Xantic (now Stratos) for these services. Later a network design and roll-out of a vessel IT network was installed on 48 vessels of Blue Star Ship Management.
