A General Manager in Engineering involved in everything from development of new concepts and systems to business sales, from delivery project management to the lifecycle of machineries in any type of marine installations. I love progress and when things get done in ways that exceed expectations. Always on the look for smarter people than myself (like it when I only need to explain once) and take great pleasure in seeing these persons grow - perhaps the most important indication of progress!?
