Dear Reza,
I'm new on the DS forum. I just saw your comment. Thuraya is not planning to have a global coverage yet. For the moment, they have part of Europe, Africa and middle East under coverage and end of this month, we should have the full coverage over Asia including Australia.. For Martime application, I suggest you stick to Inmarsat or Iridium as their solution is not approved yet.
